Customer Reviews
Great deals and fresh cigars!
Anyone else always looking for a good deal on their favorite smokes? I got a killer discount code for Casademontecristo that saved me a ton, even on a Punch cutter I'd been eyeing! My order, including some nice Arturo Fuente Gran Reserva cigars, arrived super fast and they were perfectly humidified. Seriously, the packaging kept them so fresh. My only tiny gripe is that the discount didnt apply to the Padron 1964 Anniversary I also wanted, but that's pretty standard with premium brands. Still, I'll definitely be back and telling all my friends to check them out!
Always reliable for the good stuff
Just got my latest order from last week, grabbed some Drew Estate Undercrowns. shipping took about as long as usual, which is pretty quick. I always check here for codes before heading to checkout, and they consistently work for most of my usual brands. casademontecristo is my go-to for sure.
Fast delivery, good cigars
Ordered some Romeo y Julieta cigars. They shipped quickly. Received them in good shape. Happy with the purchase.
Decent experience, room for improvement
I ordered a Liga Privada cigar sampler and a new cigar cutter. The sampler arrived well-packaged and the cigars were fresh, which is always important. The cutter works fine, feels solid enough for the price. Shipping was reasonably quick, took 5 days to reach Denver. My only minor gripe was that tracking updates weren't as frequent as I've seen with other online retailers. It would be helpful to have more detailed transit information. Overall, a positive experience and I'd consider ordering again.
Consistent service, great selection
This wasn't my first time ordering from Casa de Montecristo, and once again, they delivered. I've bought Padron cigars and cigar samplers from them several times over the past year. This time I picked up some Drew Estate cigars, and they were just as fresh as previous orders. Their selection always impresses me, and I appreciate that I can usually find what I'm looking for. They're reliable, which is why I keep coming back. The shipping is consistently fast, usually arriving within a week.
Fantastic Montecristo purchase!
I just got my Montecristo cigars from Casa de Montecristo and I'm so happy! The packaging was perfect, and they arrived super fast. I'll definitely be buying from here again. My friends will love these too!
Good quality, quick shipping
I ordered a five-pack of Arturo Fuente cigars last week. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. Shipping took about 4 days to get to my address in California, which was pretty standard. The cigars themselves were well-packaged in a humidor bag, and they arrived in excellent condition, perfectly humidified. I also bought a travel humidor; it feels sturdy and the latch works well. No need to contact support, everything went smoothly.

Can you combine coupon codes at checkout? Got a newsletter sign-up one and a military discount, hoping to use both.
What's the deal with free shipping? Is there a minimum order to get it?
Hey, anyone know if the cigars from here are legit? I've heard some sites sell fakes, especially for the high-end stuff like Cohiba.
Does anyone know if they ship to P.O. boxes? I live in a rural area and a PO box is just easier for deliveries.
How do they pack the cigars for shipping? Worried about them drying out during transit.
